1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. There are other similar ways to store data in the browser, such as "local storage." In this policy we call all of them "cookies."
2. What this website stores
We only store what the chat needs to work properly:

These are strictly technical: without them the chat couldn't follow the conversation. They are not used to track you across other websites.
3. Cookie-free analytics
To know how many people visit the website and which pages work, we use Umami, a tool installed on our own server. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and shares nothing with third parties. We only see aggregate data (for example, "30 visits from Mexico this week").
4. Third-party services
- Google fonts. The website's fonts load from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address, as with any file your browser downloads. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Payments (Stripe). When you click "Buy," you go to Stripe's payment page, which uses its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
- Appointments (Cal.com), WhatsApp and social networks. Only if you click their links do you leave for their websites, which have their own cookie policies.
There are no advertising pixels or cookies (such as Meta's or Google Ads') on this website.
5. How to delete or block them
You can delete what this website stores from your browser settings: in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, look for "Privacy" and "Clear browsing data" or "Site data." If you delete it, the website keeps working; the chat will simply start a new conversation.
6. Changes and contact
If we ever add non-technical cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your permission before using them.
